Structural Surveys
We can provide a structural condition survey for purchase or selling purposes. We can also provide a full structural survey giving an in-depth report of the condition of the structure, any major issues and suggested remedial actions. We can also provide Quantity Surveyor and Project Management services to complete and oversee any structural remedial works required.
SER Certification
Under the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 a certificate of design, which confirms the building structure meets the requirements of building regulations, may accompany a building warrant application. The Practice is an Approved Body for the Certification of Design (Building Structures) and can offer a full Certification process for all projects.
